Founded and based in the heart of Limerick City, Molloy QS provide comprehensive suite of construction cost management tools which have been refined and improved since inception of the practice.
Molloy QS do not price or prepare tenders for Contractors or Sub contractors. We believe that to give unbiased advice and assessment of contractors we cannot be on their payroll. This allows us the freedom to truly represent the clients best interests. Molloy QS are advocates for new green technologies and embrace best cost practices for green energy.
